Electricity Supply vs. Load Management

The Client:

Retail Electricity Provider that began forecasting load and tracking its wholesale supply in spreadsheets. Grew to large customer base.

Spectrum-Prime:

Was hired by investors to monitor risk positions in company's early stages. Spectrum helped implement basic risk management practices, evaluate hedging strategies, and investigate/evaluate alternative supply strategies. Then we developed and delivered software that enabled client to better monitor its supply vs. load position and make optimal supply decisions.
